Hi guys,
I’m working on a new agile project and I’m wondering how to best manage the risk of scope creep. We have a very clear vision for the project, but I’m concerned that as we start working on it, we’ll be tempted to add more and more features.
I’ve read a few articles about how to manage scope creep, but I’m still not sure what the best approach is for our project. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can offer some advice.
Specifically, I’m wondering:
- What are some of the best ways to prevent scope creep from happening in the first place?
- What are some good strategies for dealing with scope creep if it does happen?
- What are some of the most common mistakes that people make when trying to manage scope creep?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
