I’m an agile coach working on a team that is trying to improve its diversity and inclusion. We’ve already made some progress, but we’re still struggling to create a truly inclusive environment.
I’m wondering if anyone has any experience using agile practices to improve diversity and inclusion. Here are some specific questions I have:
- How can we use agile retrospectives to identify and address unconscious bias?
- How can we make sure that everyone on the team feels comfortable participating in discussions and decision-making?
- How can we create a more inclusive onboarding process for new team members?
I’m open to any suggestions, so please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
