My company is adding a new meeting to our calendar called agile health check which will only include product owners and Tech leads. Any ideas on what I can have on the meeting agenda. It’s suppose to be an open conversation.

I’d suggest the (only) item on the agenda for the first meeting is to form a working agreement or charter for the group.
That or run it as a Lean Coffee type session.
