How to deal with a developer who keeps saying that scrum meetings are too long and can’t get his work accomplished ?
Few points from me were
We always included sprint capacity and velocity while planning
We make sure committed objectives were tied to sprint goals and uncommitted ones were not tied to sprint goal
Add more people in the team if help is as needed
Cross train all the team members to make them cross functional that way we have enough people to do the work .
Please keep in mind it’s a start up company I am working for so no room for bells abd whistles .
Also unsure how scrum meetings are taking more time as it’s all time boxed as comparative to traditional water fall planning …
Any advices appreciated
