Hi everyone,
I’m working for a small company, which develope a special product. The software consist of modules, which modules are based on special fields e.g. legal compliance, chemicals, waste management.
Basically thanks to the special fields, every modules have a PO(=expert), but these POs work also in the Scrum Team like, tester, expert, UX designer…. and there the programmers.
I’m the SM, but I work as also PO, because I have a special module too. My questions:
– I think we need only one PO because sometimes we have conflicts because of the prioritizing. It’s difficult to understand how a PO can determine whether that her/his goal is more valuable than other PO?
– Connected to my previous question: Is it “healthy” to work with multiple POs? Do you have any idea for this?
– Do you have experience with such small teams/companies? Practices, methods? There is an incompatibility between roles and positions.
