Scenario: just started a new SM position, been there a month. We do two week Sprints. We have issues with Scope Creep, items continually being added during sprints . When the sprint ends and there are items NOT completed, those stories get “rolled over” to the next sprint. I’m held accountable for Scope Changes and “roll overs” in a meeting with my boss who questions the Scope change % and why so many items roll over.
From this scenario, knowing nothing else, what is the problem here?
